Issue with Guided Transfer/Migration?

    I only just noticed the following message in my SiteGround ticket queue, it’s from November when I paid for the transfer:

    ‘The Guided Transfer of your website from WordPress.com has failed.’

    I responded today and now my site is down. I’ve no clue how to repair this, I’ve been working with SiteGround, but my site has been down for nearly 4 hours now. Any help would be very much appreciated.
