Issue with Image Alignment in WordPress Blog Posts

  • Unknown's avatar

I’m using the latest version of WordPress and a custom theme. When I try to align images to the center or right within my blog posts using the block editor, they often appear misaligned or don’t behave as expected when viewed on different devices. I’ve also noticed that the captions sometimes overlap with the images.

I’ve tried adjusting the image settings, playing around with different alignment options, and even adding custom CSS, but the issue persists. Could this be a theme-related problem, or am I missing something?

If anyone has encountered a similar problem or has suggestions on how to troubleshoot and fix this, I would greatly appreciate your input.

    I’m having a similar problem.

Images only align to the left now. No center, and no right (when this used to be the default).

The image resize behavior has also changed.

If I try to edit an older but still recent post, with properly resized and aligned images, the updated editor immediately screws their size and alignment in the preview.
