Issue with links not posting

Hello, I’m having an issue with posting links onto pages on my blog. I’m attempting to post a link for a post that already exists onto a different page and when I use the visual menu there is no link option, when I use the text optioni and enter all the info and hit update nothig happens on the page. It’s still blank

Hi there,
Are you first selecting text that you want to turn into a link? The Add Link buttons in both the visual and text editors do not activate until there’s text selected.

I’m not selecting text unfortunately, I’m trying to post a link to another existing page on my blog. But when I click on the existing page I want in the pop up menu and then hit save, nothing appears.

Ah, okay, it sounds like you are using the Link to Existing Content option. That is only an option in the Text Editor. When you choose that option, you need to click on one of your previous posts/pages. That should fill in the title and link fields in the window, and allow you to add the link.
If it’s not working properly, it could be an issue with your browser. Which browser and version are you currently using?

Can you let me know what this site reports for your OS, your browser/version and whether or not javascript is enabled? You can just copy/paste those things here.

Sorry for the delay. I’m using the latest version of Safari. But have also tried on Internet explorer with no success.

Also, can you tell me which page or post you are trying to use the Link to Existing Content option on, and which page/post you are trying to link, so I can see if I can reproduce this behavior on my end?
