I notice that you’ve posted to the WordPress.com forum. Can you please confirm if this is a self-hosted site or a WordPress hosted site?
This is a forum for WordPress.com issues. I’m hoping that you’re in the right place to get your questions answered. If not, we’ll point you in the correct direction!

See here http://www.whoishostingthis.com/?q=wcgconsulting.net
WHOIS@whitakerconsulting
I addition to what kc94108 posted please read what I post below as you are posting to the wrong support forum. That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_PageSee also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/

Note that asking blogger who hosts their site can create a time wasting and frustrating comment exchange loop. That’s because about 30% of those who post here are posting to the wrong support forum butthey don’t know that, and many will insist that their sites are hosted here when they aren’t. Add to that the confusion that’s created by having those with Jetpack issues and WordPress app issues posting here too. Bottom line: use the who hosts this site tool and WHOIS and don’t ask for anything except the URL. :D -

I don’t know of a kind way to express this but my truth is that I do not like tailgating new volunteers and making corrections and additions to their comments in support forum threads. If you are a Staff wannbe like most new volunteers are, then I will stop doing that and helping you. Instead, I will simply tag every wrong response or incomplete response I spot for Staff attention.
