Issue with menu

The links to my pages are listed on the right in a drop down menu. When I got to menus it lists pages as being one of my menus. Does WordPress automatically group the pages you create into a menu? Is it possible to delete the menu and have the pages show across the top of my page and not in a drop down menu?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No. On some themes it will display them in alphanumerical order if you haven’t created a hierarchy with Page Attributes, or a custom menu.

You may replace that menu with a custom menu, but where and how the custom menu displays is theme dependent, and in some cases dependent upon the size of the screen being used to view the website. To change that three-bar menu to a horizontal menu on this theme would require CSS customization.

Or maybe not. I just noticed that if I zoom out three clicks (latest FF version) on the Sketch demo, the three-bar menu changes to a horizontal menu. Same thing on your website. My screen is 12 X 9 ” (1024 X 768 pixels).
