Issue with Menu List Backgroud

I can’t seem to figure out why when you hover over the menu items in the menu drop down lists part of the background is transparent? For instance when you hover over the About menu, all the drop down items show with a background that is part white and part transparent. I want the background to just be all white on the menu drop down.
Help is appreciated! I tried to troubleshoot this myself first.
