Issue with moving a domain from one WP account to another.

I can’t bloomin’ contact WordPress support, despite their saying I should so – so I’ll ask here.

I’m moving a domain that has apparently been mapped to one of my other blogs, and it comes up with this:

“The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue.”

Can anyone help please?

Is http://therecruitmentmisfit.com/ the domain mapping you want to transfer?

If not – please post the domain or upgrade that you need to transfer, that will help the staff to help you the first time

Hi guys – I’m moving the cloudninerec.co.uk domain from therecruitmentmisfit.wordpress.com where it is currently mapped, to cloudninerec.wordpress.com.

Hi Steve, I’ve moved your domain cloudninerec.co.uk to cloudninerec.wordpress.com, as requested. I noticed that the domain isn’t currently pointed at WordPress.com, though. To use it with your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to point the domain’s name servers to WordPress.com, as described here: Map an Existing Domain
