Issue with multisite

HI i have an issue of understanding the multisite function:
I have a an e-commerce site called mysite.com, i need to have clients from us to go website us.mysite.com, and clients from uk to go to uk.mysite.com, others to go to main site.
I have created a network site on mysite.com, and then got stuck…
If i create new sites us.mysite, and uk.mysite, i got a msg This site can’t be reached’, so i went to my cpanel and created subdomains only us.mysite.com, and uk.mysite.com, still i get a msg’files are not available’.
I went back to cpanel and installed wordpress on us.mysite only, and then from the network dashboard i can get access to the us wordpress dashboard as an individual site, no synch for theme nor plugins.
I then tried to installed wordpress on uk.mysite.com, this time i enabled the button ‘this is a multisite’ and then from the dashboard i can get access to the uk wordpress dashboard as a ‘new network’, again no synch for theme nor plugins.
if any has an idea what should i do, or where is the exact mistake i have done, is adding subdomain a correct action?
do i have to start all over again, in different way?
    thank you.

  • Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
