Issue With Multisite (Can't Edit Widget/Page/Post/Menu Content On Certain Sites)
-
Hello,
I am having an issue with a site I took over a new client and they had a multisite install from version 3.9 or so. There are 3 sites installed on their multisite setup but one redirects so basically there are only 2(http://chimneysplusgutters.com/chimneys – http://guttersolutionsnc.com used to be http://chimneysplusgutters.com/gutters).
The first of the 3 sites used to be a landing page and now just redirects to the /chimneys/ install so basically there are only 2 installs the /chimneys and the /gutters.
The issue is that both sites have different content on the front end. Different Menus, Widgets, Posts and Pages but when we log on as an Admin to edit/add some new pages the backend for both sites remains the same using the content from the /chimneys/ site. I go into the database and there are tables for both sites but since the content is serialized I cannot add it this way.
I have looked all over the code and files and can’t find out why this is happening. Hopefully someone more skilled in this can assist.
Is there a way to get the backend to show different content depending on which of the multisites I am currently viewing?
Thank you!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy alvin!
It seems that your sites are not hosted on WordPress.COM. Your sites are hosted on Unified Layer with a software install of WordPress.ORG which means that it is not applicable to this forum.
It would be better suited for you to ask this question at https://WordPress.org/support/ for a more accurate answer. If you don’t have a WordPress.ORG account you’ll need to create one. Your WordPress.COM account won’t work there.
Also, you can read the differences of WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
If you need any further assistance, let me know. Thank you for your understanding!
