Issue with my Email and WordPress Account

Hello
I would like to stop receiving mails from the blogs I follow in my gmail inbox. But, when I opt for that I think I will also unfollow the blogs. I want to follow the blogs get them on my WP Reader and just stop recienving the mails everytime a post is made.Will this ‘Unsubscribe’ make me stop receiving their posts on my Reader?
Is there a way I can manage this? Because, I use the same Email ID for both my professional needs and managing the WP account. My Inbox fill up with these notifications.

Hi there,
You can disable email updates from the blogs you follow on a per-blog basis by clicking Manage from within your Reader next to the ‘Followed Sites link in the main menu. From here you can click the settings icon next to the title of the blogs for you want to edit notification preferences, and change the information accordingly.
Clicking unsubscribe from within your emails will mean you are no longer following those blogs.

Thanks for the suggestion but I opened the ‘Manage’ Tab and I don’t find any ‘Settings Icon’ next to the Blog’s name. I don’t know why! -

You don’t see the settings option because you have already blocked all subscription emails from us in your account settings, here:
https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions
If you’ve blocked emails there you won’t receive email notifications from any blog you’re following, and you also won’t be able to follow new blogs via email. You’ll only be able to follow sites in the Reader.
We haven’t sent you any subscription emails since you changed that setting four days ago. The emails you are still receiving are notifications for likes and comments on your own site, and comment likes on other sites. To disable those you can go here:
