Issue with my subscription

    Hi there,

    I’m reaching out regarding a subscription I set up less than two weeks ago.

    I had engaged a web designer who advised me to purchase this, but they’ve since gone unresponsive and I’ve had to restart with a new developer who doesn’t use your platform.

    I’ve heard great things about your app and can see the value, but if my current designer isn’t using it, it doesn’t really make sense for me to keep the subscription.

    The account hasn’t been used.

    How would you normally handle a situation like this?

    I’m looking to cancel the subscription and get this sorted out.
