Issue with my website

Hi,
As has happened before, I tried to access my website which was blocked from popping up saying there was an error using unsupported protocol. This has happened before and no amount of troubleshooting on my end seems to work or refreshing by browser settings. This issue had to be resolved from the wordpress team.WP.com: Yes

Thanks for writing to us. Looking closer at things I can see that site is being hosted through Bluehost not WordPress.com.
For help, I would contact them first. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
