My site has an error that requires me to deactivate all plugins. From your FAQs section, I’m required to use XAMPP to access PHPMYADMIN, but it has failed to run on my computer. Please help.

Although connected to WordPress.com via the Jetpack plugin, thecbdreviewer.com is not hosted here at WordPress.com, but possibly with Go Daddy? I recommend contacting your site host, who can assist you in regaining access PHPMYADMIN since they have access to your account. If your site is hosted with Go Daddy, you can reach out to them here:

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:
