Issue with my Yahoo mail account

  I have an issue with my Yahoo email account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) due to the new RGPD policy. Actually Yahoo canceled all the accounts with birthdate not properly filled. Then my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) is not existing anymore and can not be restored. Then I would like to change my email account for the site, but unfortunately I can’t do any update on my related wordpress site as the current data can’t be loaded.
  Please could you help me to resolve this. My other email for answer is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thanks

  Hi,
  Thank for your post.
  But I can’t access to the account recovery form.
  On security screen, error message is “une erreur s’est produite lors de l’extraction de récupération de vos paramètre de votre compte” (An error occurred during the recovery of your parameter of your account)
