Issue with navigation drawer

  Hello. Ive used various themes and didnt get such an error until lately when i tap on the navigation 3 bars a # sign is added after my link. Ive checked my permalinks and its okay. The navigation menu doesnt open despite specifying a menu. Will be glad for your help.
