Issue with product variation & trying to change some images on the home page

  Hi there, All my products on the site are having issues with the variation.
  When you select a colour and size the main image does not show you that variation. how can i fix this?

  Also on my main page there is a section of Womens, Baby & Child and Accessories. It does not give the option to change the image. in the visual editor or the back end.
  Please can someone contact me asap
