Issue with Referrers

So I googled this and noticed that a couple of other people had had this same issue, and I wanted to bring it to your attention. My blog is relatively new and a couple of days ago I noticed that under the Referrers section of my Site Stats, that this particular link was popping up consistently: [spam URL removed]. When I clicked on it, I was taken to Truthwaytv, which appears to be a Muslim-sponsored site that offers videos and lectures of a Dr. Zair Naik. Which is fine, except that my blog mainly has to do with American Major League Soccer, so I don’t see why this site would want to refer any of its browsers to my site. Is this some kind of weird spam that I should be worried about?

It’s actually just another automated form of spam, like comment spam.
I’ve passed these on to our team so that we can start to filter them out.
In the future, please contact us via http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ to report these, as we don’t want to provide any further publicity for the spammers.
