Issue with Site Login/No Record of site

  Hi, I have a site through here and I get emails that my site has been updated yet when I try and log in with that email address it says no such email found. I haven’t logged on in a over a year but when I log into the actual WordPress site, it doesn’t say I have any sites that exist. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
