Issue with Transfer Blog

  Hi Team,

  I have two blogs (npgajjar.wordpress.com and prayerfoundation.wordpress.com) associated with my email-id (email visible only to moderators and staff) which I want to transfer to another user. however, I am not able to do so. When I try to transfer the blog it shows me that the blog cannot be transferred to that user. I have confirmed that the email id on which I am transferring, has a wordpress account. Please look into the issue.

  FYI. These blogs were previously with another user who transferred it to my email id. I now want to transfer them to another user.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What is the name of username account of the person you want to transfer the blog to?
  Have you made that username account an Admin of the blog you want to transfer to them?

  Do I need to add that user as admin before transferring…?
  I have transferred blogs a number of times but didn’t do any such steps.

  I assumed that you are the Admin of the blog and adding another as an Admin was required to make the blog transfer but perhaps I’m wrong.
