Issue with transferring data

    Hi,

    I am transferring my travel blog form TravelPod to WordPress. However, I have the following error window:

    Try another file or contact support.

    Could you kindly assist me so that I can continue having an active blog :-)

    When do you receive this message? When trying to generate the XML file? Or, when trying to import the file using our importer tool? Were you able to follow the instructions @Timethief provided?
