My domain fashioncorruption.com is mapped to WordPress.com, when I try to change its WordPress Nameservers to my new registrar Nameservers, it collapse and doesn’t show my site nor letting me in my WordPress.ORG admin: http://www.fashioncorruption.com/wp/wp-admin
Can you please help me and tell me how to fully transfer my site to a self-hosted one?
Thanks!

HI Julie,
I went to the link you provided me and I was taken to your WordPress.org log in page. As for the domain itself, please note that you are registered with GoDaddy and not WordPress.com as seen here:

I think there may be some confusion between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. At WordPress.com, we provide hosting, support, and tons of features for blogs. Users also have the option to purchase a variety of upgrades to customize the look and feel of their blog. WordPress.org is a software for self-hosted sites. With WordPress.org, users are provided access to all backend files and can upload custom themes and plugins.
Check here to learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org:
Currently this is the support for WordPress.com. This is your WordPress.com site:
fashioncorruption.wordpress.com
Your .org site: http://fashioncorruption.com/ is not up yet, so I highly recommend speaking to your host about that.
After looking into your WordPress.com account, I found that you recently purchased the Premium Theme Watson and the WordPress.com Premium upgrade, including the domain mapping for http://fashioncorruption.com/. If you plan on using WordPress.org, please note that none of the upgrades will transfer over. So it would be better to get a refund on this and continue with your WordPress.org site.
However, if you would rather stay with us at WordPress.com, you can use these upgrades, and you will not need your host.
It’s also a possibility to keep both. You can keep your self-hosted site pointing to your domain: http://fashioncorruption.com/ and your WordPress.com site: fashioncorruption.wordpress.com.
Let me know if you have any questions with this and how you would like to proceed.

Hello Grace,
I’m not sure what you are talking about… I have already changed the domain nameservers from WordPress to my self-host but still, http://www.fashioncorruption.com leads to http://fashioncorruption.wordpress.com/
Do you know what can be the problem? Thanks!
