Issue with Upgrading Domain

  Hi, I recently created a blog site and I decided I would like to change the url, but I didn’t realize that it would cost money to change the url and now I am not able to retrieve the previous url that was used, how would I fix this? I was also using a free domain before, and now it was to upgrade to an actual domain that cost money.
