issue with uploaded photos

I’ve uploaded my photos onto my blog, but they just stack one ontop of the other, with no space inbetween. I’ve tried using the ‘title’ and ‘description’ fields to add text in hopes this will appear between the photos and seperate them, but nothing appeared. Please help – what am I doing wrong?

oh – and also – i’ve imported my blog from Blogger, and I can’t see any of my photos that were there, though other people say they can see them from their computer…is this a problem?

(1) Blogger does not allow image hot-linking. You will have to upload all the images again into the wordpress server. The image maximum for your blog is 50 megs and all images should be optimised prior to uploading.

thanks for your reply timethief. And I’ve visited the image uploading link you noted, so I am familiar with how to upload a new photo, but still not clear on how to stop them from stacking on top eachother without spacing…and why nothing appears when I enter text in the Title and Description fields.
I see that Cutline theme may give me more control over my images than other themes, or helps me with doing so since i don’t know the correct code to write it in myself.
Maybe I will change to the Cutline theme and see if I can’t get anywhere with that. Any additional help would be appreciated.

Maybe a sample of this so we can see what is occuring might help. You’re the one seeing this error and we need to see it as well so we can help you.
Friendly reminder of your pictures and how they are not showing up since they’re still hosted on blogger’s servers though.

I seem to manage to do it with just the Enter key; I don’t know why it isn’t working for you. I use the Rich Text Editor, btw. I did it here where I also put a line of text in between each photo, but in the first draft of the post I didn’t and it still left a typical double-spaced space between them.

oh raincoaster you’re a doll!! I feel like such a moron, i honestly thought I separated each line of code by the enter key, but obviously not! So, thankyou again! Have a great weekend :)

Did it work for you? I see you’ve got text in between the pix now.
There is another glitch I’ve noticed which is no matter how many times you hit the return key, you only get one line of space. But that’s probably just the editor I’m using.
