Issue with using one of the pages/forms

Registration and paying for dues is not able to recognize the email addresses that are either already in the system or is trying to be registered in the system. IT says, ’email address not valid’. Help!

Hello there,
You may be able to get help from your hosting provider, in your case NameCheap, since WordPress.com cannot control sites hosted elsewhere.
The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

Thank you but I contacted them and they said it was a wordpress issue.
The registration page won’t validate some ppl’s email addresses and they are not able to register or pay their dues. I told this to hosting server and they said it’s not their issue.

We can’t help directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (NameCheap) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
I told this to hosting server and they said it’s not their issue.
is this accurate?Yes this is likely correct. Your host does not specialize in WordPress, it’s just one of the many platforms they allow you to install on your hosting account with them. They are able to help with hosting issues, but not WordPress issues.
