    The issue seems to be caused by the application itself and most-likey by some incompatibility between a plugin that you use on the website.

    I would like to advise you to disable all plugins and then re-enable them one-by-one until you find which one is causing the issue.

    In case that the issue remains, I would advise you to temporarily try with a new theme and see if the issue is presented with it as well.

    This way, you will be able to see if the issue is actually caused by the theme or with a plugin.

    If the issue turns out to be caused by the theme, I would advise you to contact its developers who should be able to assist you with the case.

    In case its caused by a plugin, you may contact its developers and inform them about the issue once you find out which one is the exact plugin.

    Please note that there are no issues on the server and this should be resolved on an application level.

    If any other assistance is required, please contact us again by posting a new ticket.
