Issued a full refund but customer only received $61.88

  I issued a full refund on an order, The customer only received $61.88. Square only sees the $61.88 refunded in their system. Why did WooCommerce decided to refund split if I only issued it in full? https://prnt.sc/Lxh4ywSgm-4T
