  Hi,
  Please clarify what do you mean ‘this website may be a copy of WordPress with a different hosting service? I use WordPress not something different. Please solve these issues, because I’m having problems with installing extensions, etc,

  WordPress is open source software made by the community on WordPress.org.

  The forum you’re posting now is for WordPress.com, a hosting provider for that software.
