issues accessing

    Hi,
    I have created a WordPress site from Azure (https://mark-fca-helpcenter.azurewebsites.net/) but I have issues accessing to it with my account that should be registered under email (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    My username should be ‘markadmin’ but each time I insert it or my email address and my password the account doesn’t get recognized. The password reset won’t work either.

    The only way I have to access is to start everytime a Jetpack connection procedure, trying to access inserting my email and password and being told another account is already connected and I need to disconnect it first – by clicking of the offered link to disconnect I actually manage to get logged in as ‘markadmin’.

    Any idea how to login in a more immediate way? :)

    Playing with Jetpack I manage each time to login somehow (actually it tells me I’m already logged in with another account and it’s necessary to remove it before logging in with the new one

    I checked your site and it appears you’re in the wrong forum. Although your site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is using the open-source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:
