Issues after cancelling my paid account

    A couple of days ago I cancelled my subscription to the above site address and to revert to the free version of WordPress. I am now not able to use my theme (Astra) and though it is installed not able to activate it. All shipping forms have also disappeared from my check out page. Is any of the related to cancelling my subscription?

    Hi there,

    Can you confirm the site you’re speaking of?

    Using the Astra theme on a WordPress.com site requires our Business Plan, and you’ve never owned that plan with us. The only plan you had on veronicadiamondphoto.wordpress.com is the Premium Plan, and you wouldn’t have been able to install the Astra theme at all on that plan.

    If you’re speaking of the Jetpack-connected site in your account, veronicadiamondphotoart.com, that site isn’t hosted with us, but built using the open source WordPress software and hosted at Bluehost.com. The Jetpack plugin you have installed on that site lets you manage it from your WordPress.com account, but we don’t have any control over that site or how it works.
