Issues and Missing Features

    Hello,

    I would like to report several issues that I am facing with the WooCommerce application and the website. I hope these can be resolved as soon as possible.

    Application Issues

    1. The order page does not show a pickup or delivery date.
    2. New products cannot be created from the product page.
    3. Product prices cannot be changed after creating the product.

    Website Issues

    1. There is no user-friendly page for placing orders, which makes the process unclear for customers.
    2. Preparing an order takes too much time and is not efficient.
    3. It is not possible to add a note when creating an order.

    Since your site is self-hosted (WordPress.org), you have full control over the environment, but this also means troubleshooting relies on your settings.

    1. Regarding the Mobile App Issues (Sync & Prices) The WooCommerce Mobile App requires the Jetpack plugin to be installed and connected on self-hosted sites to sync data correctly.

    • Check Jetpack: Go to your WP Admin > Jetpack and ensure it is connected without errors.
    • XML-RPC: Ensure your security plugins or host are not blocking the XML-RPC.php file, as the App needs this to communicate with your site.

    2. Regarding “Pickup Date” and “User-Friendly” Pages It is important to note that the core WooCommerce software does not include “Delivery/Pickup Date” selection by default.

    • Missing Feature: You likely need a specific plugin to add this functionality. You can search for “Order Delivery Date” or “Local Pickup” in the Plugins > Add New section.
    • Design Issues: If the order process feels unclear or slow, this is usually controlled by your active Theme. I recommend testing a default theme (like Storefront) to see if the user experience improves.
