Issues Chaning Design

  I am experiencing issues when attempting to change the design of my blog. I am using Windows 8 and IE10. The colors don’t display in IE10 and in compatibility mode I can see the colors but I can’t see the preview of my blog. When I try to purchase the change, nothing happens.

  Hi Marta,

  Thanks for reporting this issue. We have had other reports of problems with the customizer in IE10, and we are currently looking into it.

  Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing when you go to Appearance > Customize? You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service such as Snaggy.

  You may also want to try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • * Try disabling any browser extensions or add-ons:

  • * Try downloading the most current version of another major browser to see if it works there:
    http://browsehappy.com
