Issues connecting eventbrite to my wordpress them

  Here there,

  I have followed the instrucitons carefully for connecting my eventbrite account to the Eventbrite Multi Event theme. However, I cannot link the two as I get a message saying Malfunction Error.

  Can you advise please?

  Hi there – Can you please try the following:

  1. Clear your browser cache.
  2. Sign into your Eventbrite account.
  3. Go here and attempt to connect Eventbrite again:
  https://crosshavenfilmclub.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=theme-options-page
  4. If you still get an error, try the same steps in an alternate browser, such as Firefox or Safari, to rule out any possible browser issue.
  5. If the error still persists, let me know.
