Issues creating a new post on my site.

The other day, I went to create a new post, and my media button wouldn’t open so that I could add photos to the post. I also went to change the status from ‘publish immediately’ to schedule it for a future date, and that feature wouldn’t open for me. Pretty much any feature that has to open in a new window won’t pop up, even though my pop up blocker is not turned on (I also can’t open the window to open links in a new window). I went through my plugins and found the plugin that was causing the problems, but getting rid of that plugin changes the look of my entire page. I no longer have the media button at all, and features such as the ability to post automatically on social media disappear. I’ve looked into other page builder plugins, but none of them seem to include the features that the bad plugin does. So I’m basically unable to add new content to my blog right now. One of my scheduled posts published while this has been occurring, and it was published as normal, but I can’t seem to find a solution to this issue.
