Issues Editing Front Page, Missing Appearance and Widget Tabs

    Hi,

    I have been helping edit my NGO’s webpage for some time but have never been able to manage the front page and am missing several of the tabs that allow me to edit themes and widgets as well. Other administrators are able to do this so not sure what is happening for me. Any help would be amazing!

    Because you need to be an Administrator on the website in order to access those settings. You’re only listed as an Editor, which would not have that access.

    They would need to make you an Administrator if they want you to have access to and ability to edit those settings.
