issues editing website

    Hi, My name is Ashton and I’m helping my friend Carrey Tiller with her wordpress website. She had someone else create the website but hasn’t had much help in getting information to work on the website herself. When I try to edit the website or change the template, a window pops up saying ‘Not Acceptable! An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.’ We just can’t find any privacy settings or blocks that are prohibiting me from being able to edit. Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

    It looks like your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. This forum provides support for WordPress.com-hosted sites.

    The issue seems to be related to your hosting settings (most probably firewall settings, cache problem, or .htaccess problem). So, you had better get in touch with your hosting provider’s support service.
