Issues getting to my site

    Hello I keep trying to log into my site and I get this message:
    Fatal error: Arrays are not allowed in class constants in /home1/adina178/public_html/akpropertyservice.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/vendor/automattic/jetpack-sync/src/Modules.php on line 31

    Even if I try to visit my site I get that message. What is it?

    Hey there,

    I just visited myespressopatronum.wordpress.com and did not encounter an error on my end. Once I took a look at the error itself, I found that I was able to find it on akpropertyservice.com which looks like must be the site you are having trouble with.

    akpropertyservice.com is a WordPress.org site hosted at GoDaddy. This forum is for sites hosted at WordPress.com only. Those in this forum do not have access to your site. However, I do have some information about where to go for help with that website, as well as some information that I found about this error for you.

    Whenever you are encountering issues with a self-hosted WordPress.org site, best place to look for help would be the WordPress.org forums. You can find those forums here:

    Another thing you can do is reach out to your host for help when you encounter issues. You can reach GoDaddy support here:

    In this case, it seemed like this was a Jetpack issue, so I was able to find a little bit more information about the error you are running into by doing a quick Google search that led me to those WordPress.org forums.

    It seems as though you can work with GoDaddy to get your site’s PHP version upgraded to 5.6 or higher, and this should solve this issue.
