Issues lig in from phone app

    Hi, i can login from my computer to WordPress with my website and there is a issue doing the same user name and password in the phone.
    I would like to have a phone call support as this is to long not been able to get it.

    Also when I am asking to send me link, I am all the time getting that someone is trying to log in to my account.

    Hi Isabel,

    We offer support via live chat or email for users on paid plans. We currently don’t offer phone support, as many of the issues we discuss with users require frequent reference to web links, and that is much easier to do on live chat and email.
    What is the address of the site you’re having problems to access via app? What error message do you see?
