Issues logging in

Hi,
This is a little complicated.
I got my managed hosted WP through IONOS (A1). I downloaded a theme and was having issues with it. I was advised to use a different host, Namecheap (A2). It also didn’t work there. I decided I’d go back to IONOS as I had it set up the way I wanted. I did all the DNS stuff etc. The issue is now, when I use my WP dashboard, it’s the A2 one. I’m no longer connected to that host. If I try to log into https://fortunado.co.uk/wp-login.php/ I get the following errors, depending on what I’m doing:
username – Error: The username user0**2 is not registered on this site. If you are unsure of your username, try your email address instead.
email address: Unknown email address. Check again or try your username.
username (from partial email address)* – Error: The username username is not registered on this site. If you are unsure of your username, try your email address instead.
When talking with the chatbot earlier, it brought me to https://wordpress.com/stats/day/fortunado.co.uk and I can see Howdy, username in the corner like I can here. I tried account recovery and it all said that it couldn’t find it or that I didn’t have a wordpress.com account and perhaps it was a wordpress.org account. This is all beyond confusing.

You’ve set up an account at the host WordPress.com here as well as having a site and account at IONOS. That is where you need to be. https://fortunado.co.uk/wp-login.php is the correct place to log in. Hopefully you can recall (surely you wrote it down) the username you created there and know the correct email address (you have more than one??) connected to it. If you paid them money then you should reach out directly to IONOS.
