Issues logging in to main account

Hello,
I am having to send this on a different WordPress login.I’m having issues logging into the support system with my companies website account as I am being told my username is wrong. However it is allowing me to login to my websites WordPress site to edit pages etc. I’m hoping you can help. My homescreen on the website doesn’t show settings anywhere at all. Is there a way I can rectify this despite not being an administrator? Also is there a way to duplicate a page. We are bringing out an identical product just with a slightly different variation to the name. Thank you!

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
