Issues logging in to my wordpress account

  Hello,

  I am having problems logging into my wordpres.php account and when I tried to reset the password using the lost password, I get this error – The email could not be sent. Your site may not be correctly configured to send emails.

  Please note, I am able to log in via wordpress.com. Your help will be appreciated. Thank you

  Correct account: Yes
