Issues Logging In With ‘Customize’ Button
-
Hello,
I recently started making a website. When I attempt to Customize my website theme using the button under Personalize I am sent to a WordPress Login screen. But when I enter my login email for WordPress.com I cannot login or use my email to reset my password as it says I don’t have an account. And I made sure I have accounts with both WordPress .com and .org sites.
Can someone please assist with this issue? Since I cannot hit the customize button I’m not sure how I’d be able to change my menu layout and show new pages that I’ve made. Currently it shows the pages I setup at the very beginning of staring the site, but ever since I changed the theme it can’t go back and let me update the layout.
Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi roxannebhoffman820382297,
But when I enter my login email for WordPress.com I cannot login or use my email to reset my password as it says I don’t have an account.
roxanne-hoffman.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost:
The Jetpack plugin @mommyhive mentioned creates a connection between roxanne-hoffman.com and your WordPresss.com account so the site can be managed through your account here. This means you have two sets of login details:
- A username and password for your account on https://wordpress.com
- A username and password for your user account on roxanne-hoffman.com
You will need to enter the username and password for your account on roxanne-hoffman.com (not your WordPress.com account).
Come back to me if you have any trouble.
