Issues migrating from self-hosted blog

  I migrated from a self-host blog to one here sometime ago, and the self-hosted blog was previously had JetPack installed. As I retained the same URL when I shifted here, two instances of the blog now show up under the ‘My Blogs’ dashboard here – the defunct self-hosted one, as well as the current one. Is there anyway to remove the now defunct blog?
