Although the site is connected to your WordPress.com via the Jetpack plugin, http://www.theuptownnerds.com/ is not hosted here at WordPress.com but rather with Google Hosting. I would contact them regarding the suspension. It appears you can reach out to them here:https://cloud.google.com/contact
