Issues renewing domain

    I am the owner of my domain underthecoshblog.com. I received a renewal notice via my email and have followed all the instructions online to renew my domain. Unfortunately when I go to ‘manage purchases’ I do not have the ability to renew my domain. When I check the domain ownership information I can confirm it is my email address and personal information that comes up. I need someone to walk me through this incase I’ve missed something or give me a number to call so I can resolve this issue. The domain expires in two weeks.

    Hi – Domains can only be renewed from the account that originally registered it. You may have accidentally created an additional user account when you were getting everything set up. If you are logged into the account that owns the domain, you will find the option to renew here: http://wordpress.com/purchases/

    All support for WordPress.com is offered online. If you continue to have difficulty with renewing underthecoshblog.com , you can type ‘modlook’ into the tags bar on the right side of your screen, then select ‘Add’.
