Issues trying to purchase an upgrade bundle

    Hi
    I’m trying to upgrade our blog to the Business package. From the store page, I enter the details, select UK, enter the post code (matches billing address), and the card details.

    Clicking the process button gives the following error:

    The transaction cannot complete successfully. Please check the billing address and expiration date or try another card. Please contact your bank if you have further problems.

    At no point does it ask me to enter the billing address.

    Help !!

    Hi there,

    Since this deals with account-specific information, I’ve sent you a private email to your address which we have on file. If you check it now it should be there!
