Issues unlocking domain for transfer

Hello support, I need you to unlock the domain thestatuethieves.com for transfer. This is a domain I owned as part of my premium plan with WordPress (which has expired now) but now I want to use with another server.
I have already re-purchased it with my other server, which is telling me that my domain is currently locked. However when I log in my WordPress account I cannot see it in my domain list so I can’t unlock it.
Can you please help me with this?

Please note you cannot transfer a domain name till 60 days from the date of registration. This 60-day lock is required by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and cannot be waived.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Do you mean until 60 after the date when we registered this domain with WordPress? We did this about three or four years ago, so that shouldn’t be the issue…

@thestatuethieves the issue here is that the domain registration expired some time ago and was returned to the registrar.
If you will pay the renewal fee, which I can see a colleague already requested, we can try to get it back before it goes into redemption. If it does go into redemption, the registrar charges an extra $80 to get the domain back, so please take care of the renewal fee ASAP and update us here when that’s done.
Your other option is to wait for the redemption status to finish and hope no one else buys the domain first:
If you’d rather do that, let us know and we’ll remove the invoice.

Hi, I’m trying to transfer my domain to WordPress from Network Solutions. I’ve received the Authorization code from them, but when I attempt to transfer my domain, it says it is still locked. When I check my account, is says that Transfer Lock is off. How can I transfer my account? Thank you.

I’ve been following this string since I need to transfer my WORDPRESS site to another host but the page where I insert the new name servers does not accept my new name servers even though I have verified them with my new host. The servers I am trying to use are:
wns2243.hostgator.com
wns2244.hostgator.com
Is the procedure for transferring WordPress sites different? If not why are they not being accepted? -
