Issues Uploading Files
-
Good Morning-
I’m getting a message this morning when trying to upload any file (66KB to 1.2 MB, and all various sizes) that these files’ size exceed what’s allowed for WordPress. I’ve recently been uploading pictures as usual with no problem whatsoever. Is there anything that I’m doing wrong that I need to change or is there anything I need to do to fix this? What’s causing this problem? Thanks so much!!WP.com: Yes

Hi there,
The free Plan has a media upload cap of 3.0 GB, and you have reached that limit. You can check your upload limit here: https://1081wineandspirits.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php
You have a few options. You can delete some of your images which will get you under that 3.0 GB. Alternatively, I would recommend purchasing a paid plan which will give you more space for your site: http://wordpress.com/plans
The Personal Plan will provide you an additional 3.0 GB (Premium provides 13 GB and Business 200 GB). Check out the link above, as there are plenty of other great features that come with the paid plans.
Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!
