Issues when upgraded to css

    I’ve been trying to upgrade one of my blogs so that I could edit the CSS. I want to be able to change just a few things really like link colors and a few other aspects. I’m attempting to upgrade however no matter what I do wordpress is not accepting my debit card number. I’ve been able to use it on another site to purchase a domain just the other day so this doesn’t make sense. I’ve triple checked it.

    I really am just curios if this is just one my end or if others have expierenced this issue? I really would like to keep my blog here, however my specific style that I want with some of the colors is really hindering that.

    wordpress is not accepting my debit card number

    The forms of payment wordpress.com accepts are listed there on that page and no other form of payment is accepted. Perhaps you need Staff help http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
