Issues with account

I used to have one account on WordPress with my old hotmail.com email address. I can no longer access that particular email address. Much more recently, I created a new WordPress account with my new Gmail email address. I have been having some issues with accessing my current account on mobile for some time now. I keep changing my password, but even with the changed password, I still couldn’t access my account.
Finally, I got through with changing my password, but instead of accessing my current WordPress account, it accessed my old account. I am unsure why, but it may have something to do with my similar usernames for both accounts, the fact that both of my old and new email addresses start in the same way, and I had connected my old Hotmail email address to my new Gmail address. My current blog is online and has not been deleted, it is just that I cannot edit it or write in it, or have any access to it on the My Site page. I can only access my old blog that I had with my old email address. I looked through the support webpages on WordPress, and I do not have any of the recovery options for my account available to me, so I am most likely out of luck here. Still, I do want to access the current blog that I have, so is there a way to add another blog that you created on a different WordPress account with another WordPress account? Is there a way to combine two different accounts together? I have no idea what to do now. -
Just for any further information, the blog URL that I am trying to access is talkingoutofmyhead.wordpress.com
and the blog URL that I can only access is acaribbeanblackgirlthoughts.wordpress.com.

Still, I do want to access the current blog that I have, so is there a way to add another blog that you created on a different WordPress account with another WordPress account? Is there a way to combine two different accounts together?
You can transfer a site from one account to another, but you must be logged into the account that owns the site you want to transfer in order to do that.
If you don’t remember the login details for the other account, or can’t reset the password because you no longer have access to the email, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access.
If you’re not able to provide any of the forms of verification we require on that form, we won’t be able to give you access to the other site and account. We cannot make any exceptions in this regard.
