Issues with basket and checkout page.

    I recently went to update the design for both my basket and checkout pages but was hit with an issue, when i clicked “edit with elementor” it just redirects me to a generic non-complete woocomerce cart page, i then un-assigned them as checkout and basket and it let me edit the checkout one but not the basket page. I have also now been hit with another issue and that is extremely slow add to basket.

    So i need help increasing the speed of add to basket and to be able to edit the basket page in elementor.

    Note: all other pages let me edit with elementor, i have also made sure all pages/ types are selected

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks for writing to us. I understand that there are 2 parts of the checkout process which need addressed. It’s possible that they 2 are linked to 1 cause. We are only able to hep with our direct interface and products.

    Whenever something isn’t working as expected it’s a good idea to run a health check and look for conflicts. Here are the instructions to do that: https://wordpress.com/support/video-tutorials/videos-plugins/

    The health check plugin is the most common tool for this scenario.

    We aren’t able to provide support for Elementor’s product, though. You’ll want to reach out to their team directly to inquire about the editing. I hope that helps. Cheers.
